Robbienox Race Report

So Tye asked awhile ago for everyone's race report this season. Here's mine:

Preface-Robert has sustained two injuries causing him to miss part or all of the 2005 and 2006 indoor and outdoor track season. His fitness is not what it was in 2003-2004...so far...

September 9, 2006: Men's Opener, Upper Cowling Arboretum, Carleton College. 28:27, 22/45, 10th on team. Hilly course, ideal weather conditions. Course PR: 27:28, 2004.

September 23, 2006: Roy Griak Invitational-Men's Maroon, Les Bolstad Golf Course, University of Minnesota. 28:47, 244/500, 11th on team. Hilly course, extremely muddy. Course PR: 27:55, 2003.

October 7, 2006: St. Olaf Pre-Region, St. Olaf College. Did not compete due to mid week achilles pain, scratched after 1 mile of warmup. Course PR: 29:07, 2004.

October 14, 2006: University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational, Lake Breeze Golf Course, Winneconne, WI. 27:40, 201/318, 11th on team. Very flat course, windy, good temperature. Course/Overall PR: 26:50, 2004.

I also saw Taylor Penrod at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational. We chatted.
